06:15:08: Grey Matter is focused on building strong, long-lasting relationships with its clients. As a relatively young agency, milestones don't happen every day. But 2008 marks our six-year anniversary with environmentally conscious hair and skin product manufacturer Aveda. Since 2002, Grey Matter has been providing a full range of marketing, advertising, interactive and print design support for the Aveda. We look forward to number seven.
05:09:08: Consumer brand work is not all we do. Our vast experience with internal communications has resulted in a great deal of employee communications work for long-standing clients such as the Solo Cup Company. Solo has relied on Grey Matter for creative solutions on a wide range of employee communications initiatives. These include print design for internal programs; re-developement of the company's intranet site; and we can't forget the most recent launch of Solo's employee appreciation and rewards program including both online "micro" site development and print work.
04:21:08: The Grey Matter project management and design teams build and launch a proprietary extranet communications vehicle for long-time client Wm. Wrigley Company . Grey Matter, along with our network of communications professionals, designed and built the site that has won the approval of the most difficult of audiences - its users. Praised for its clean design and simple-to-use content management system, the business-critical site is fully administered by a happy, internal Wrigley team worldwide.
01:01:08: The agency celebrates seven years of providing professional, creative, and strategic communications design to its ever-growing list of consumer-brands clients. The new year brought with it additional partners, including the brash, bold upstart boutique specializing in WOM and social marketing, Zocalo Group. Grey Matter is proud to work with zocalo group and deliver superior design solutions to support the group's efforts to revolutionize the marketing industry with their strategic consumer brand initiatives.
12:10:07: Agency creative helps launch the newest ConAgra brand - PAM Professional High Heat Cooking Spray. Avid "foodies," and long-time users of the original PAM, Grey Matter designers were eager for the challenge. when the opportunity to help launch the brand presented itself, our long-term chef-wannabes jumped at the chance. Together with strategic partner Zocalo Group, Grey Matter's creative packaging and direct mail initiatives helped introduce a whole new group of consumers to the benefits of high-heat cooking with their old friend PAM.
11.15.07: Leaving the city behind, after many years, Grey Matter moves into its new headquarters on Chicago's North Shore. In preparation for its 7th year Anniversary Celebration scheduled for february 2008, Grey Matter Collective centralized its print and interactive design operations in a growing arts and creative district located in Evanston, Illinios. the new, larger (not to mention "cool") loft space, located in an architecturally reknowned industrial building, has allowed the agency to expand, hiring additional staff and permitting the agency to be even more efficient, so much as to allow the expansion of its marketing design capabilities into the areas of product sampling, assembly and fulfillment.
04.05.07: Today marks the launch of the new Grey Matter designed site for Disney's Baby Einstein line of children's products. Having worked with the brand since 2004, shortly after the Disney acquisition, our designers have become very familiar with the brand. For this evolution of the site, we created a fun and interactive lifestyle focused destination for Baby Einstein. In conjunction with southern california strategic partner, Precision Development, Grey Matter is proud to announce this most recent evolution of the much-loved Baby Einstein brand on the web.
03.09.07: Working with the folks at Dig Communications Chicago, Grey Matter designed and produced the clutter-clearing, fur-lined, media-approved "Shed Your Coat" media kit to support the introduction of Remington Shavers' new line of men's grooming products. Prominently featuring a 'cranky' gorilla, this custom kit broke through the barrage of everyday press materials to help spread the message of proper hair cultivation.
02.26.07: Grey Matter welcomes The Perishables Group to its list of new clients for 2007. This Chicago-based marketing agency is an independent consulting firm focused on innovation and creating value for clients in the fresh food industry. Grey Matter looks forward to working with the produce-focused professionals at The Perishables Group.
